Meridian Arc is led by Vladimir Chuchkin, who has built greenfield energy projects and a circular-economy platform from zero.

Originated and managed a $10bn+ energy and infrastructure portfolio across Southeast Asia and MENA (spanning nuclear, power engineering, LNG, and offshore oil and gas), including greenfield nuclear power plant development in Indonesia and Malaysia, board-level P&L ownership over a 150+ person energy business, and commercial and M&A initiatives across power engineering, independent power producer ventures, oil and gas, and commodity trading. Co-founded and scaled a venture-backed AI platform for the circular economy from zero to five countries, designing waste and recycling collection systems for clients including Avery Dennison, Veolia, and Alba (with flagship projects spanning Singapore's national e-waste system and Coca-Cola Swire's bottle collection in Hong Kong), supporting over £250m in new business and later spinning out Black Square to bring the platform to the UK and Europe. Operated at senior level across Europe, MENA, Southeast Asia, and the CIS, including government-to-government business development for peaceful nuclear cooperation across 10+ countries and direct engagement with government counterparts, state utilities, private conglomerates, and infrastructure investors. Through Meridian Arc, a commercial advisory practice for energy and infrastructure, advise operators, founders, and the investors who back them (including corporate venture arms and family offices), across nuclear, renewable energy, biofuels, waste, robotics, industrial AI, etc.
